These immersive sessions combine channeled Reiki healing, breath-work, intuitive guidance and energetic body alignment to help you move through stored emotional energy and return to a state of calm, clarity, and inner balance.

For those who feel called to go even deeper, my Deep Transformation Experience includes spiritual mentoring and soul activation, guiding you to strengthen your connection with your higher self, ancestors and spirit guides. These sessions also introduce intuitive development practices to help you begin trusting your own spiritual awareness and inner guidance.
